Did you ever wonder why sometimes it seems so difficult to change nonconstructive habits into healthy habits?
What makes you drink too much coffee or alcohol, eat more than your body can use, sit more after sitting all day?
Why do want healthy habits first of all? To enjoy? To look good? To be more attractive to others? To prevent or ease suffering from disease? To prevent death? To enjoy? To be and share your best?
I specialized in inspiring people to change for healthy habits, because I know that everybody has the capacity to take good care of themselves and enjoy life even more. A healthy body supports a healthy mind and a healthy mind supports a healthy body. If you feel great, it shows in your posture and charisma. If you feel bad about yourself it show as well.
Become conscious about your thoughts feelings about yourself and lift your beliefs about yourself. Become conscious about your body posture and lift your posture. Share you gift.
When connected with your true essence, beyond the personality you temporarily believe you are, life is easy and plain joy – and if life seems crazy, you know that this is just another lesson to learn, take it easy and trust.

Your mind might know what is considered to be good for you, yet the information for your present needs it gets from the rest of your human system.
During Walking Meditation I teach my clients to consciously relax their minds by physical and mental playful experiments (=exercises
. Focusing on your bodysensations it is easy to BE HERE and NOW. The busy mind that likes to keep control over the details of your life maybe even over other’s peoples details rather than thinking only when needed and then relax and integrate the whole system. What are you about? What do you really want, need, wish desire? The mind cannot answer these questions by thinking. Bringing yourself into a different state of awareness, a dreamlike state as if in a trance, a multi sensual attentiveness allows new insights, new ideas to appear on your horizon. If you enter this state habitually – by Walking Meditation, Guided Meditation, Relaxation Techniques or Self-Hypnosis – you are more aware and connect with your essence in everyday’ s life. You hear your heart beat higher to show you what inspires you, what makes you go!
If you believe you forgot how to get into this state of Dreaming – don’t worry, it is just a believe. People like me can support you. This is fun, energizing, healing and allows new ideas and perspectives show up on your horizon.

This sounded spooky to me, yet, I had many experiences that showed me, that as soon as I surrender struggling, fighting, working hard with little energy, new doors open miraculously. How to stay uplifted in difficult times?
Feeling low, depressed, helpless, sad, anxious? 
Maybe you have “good reason” to feel low, stressed-out, unmotivated due to some “horrible” situations out there. No job, no money, no partner, no friends, sickness, lack of love, no vision, no hope, no motivation, no vision, the upcoming and programming…..
This is life. How can we stay motivated in turbulent times and not get trapped by depression etc.??
Taking emotions seriously is important. Neglecting some kind of emotional low is fooling yourself, prevents healing and might increase your alcohol consume or similar. However, emotions are just emotions. Signs with the mission to show you what feels right and what does not. Your job is to introduce some adjustment or change if it does not feel right.
We all have stories. Stories from the past. Here is one story: Some morning I wake up horrified, fearful, run to the neighbors in my pajamas, afraid without consciously knowing WHY but THAT. My father had passed away. Suicide. I was 6. He was depressed. 6 months later I was sexually abused. My mind decided to forget about it all. Age 36 I remembered it all. In the meantime I had experienced eating disorder, depression, you name it. It became very important to understand depression and to learn about life. I found out that it is important to understand, acknowledge and allow “negative” feelings and that it essential to deal with them, take control, take the decision to do whatever it takes to get uplifted again. Once on the mental downward spiral for too long, the velocity going down increases, and it takes much more energy and efforts to stop and shift. My conclusion: you might feel powerless, but you are not helpless. It is our responsibility to get the help we need. This may be initially drugs, therapies, energy work, coaching to learn how to motivate for healthy physical and mental habits.
How do you stay uplifted in difficult times?
I remember to focus on the little moments of Here and Now and the inherent natural inner joy, that exists always as soon as
mental activities are quiet. My intention is to focus on this joy and to allow these positive “waves” to expand in my life. By staying positive, believing in the solution somewhere out there beyond my pondering over problems things change in ways I could not have imagined. However, if I am stuck in my thinking, unable to give myself a break of negative thoughts, unable to believe in new, not yet discovered solutions, I don’t give change a chance. Awareness, faith and knowing deep down that there is always help and new ways to solving new problems is the key that helped me through trauma, divorce, cancer, loss and to live a good life.
If you feel stuck in a situation, take your inner world serious and get support.

What is really important to you?
Problems occur all the time. Life is a continuous experience of change – challenging or boring moments. It is up to us, how we approach the situation and how we “set us up” inside to determine or face our life. We seem to identify with our thinking mind and past so much, that we almost feel the need to be loyal to it, no matter whether it is good or bad for us.
Multi-tasking was in, now speeding is out and slow movement makes sense.
Loads of information out there for us to choose from. Choose which channel you tune in knowing that it is up to you, how you reprogram/create from Now on! Watching your inner conversation attentively gives you valuable information about your channel – Do you put yourself down? Do you think positive without believing in it, which is like pushing on the gas pedal with the breaks on….
What do you focus on, attract, create, have in your life? What dreams do you dream? What do you really want? What gives you real satisfaction? What do you want to be remembered about you?
Taking some time to rethink might bring you some clarity on what really matters. Now between x-mas and 2012 is a great opportunity to take time out, step back and determine your values and current priorities.
For 2012 i wish for us all that we have the awareness in every moment to choose our thoughts, words and actions. Let us be the people we want to meet in life ![]()

How to be happy and healthy
Feeling happy and healthy today?
My Indian Swami taught me to begin the daily yoga routine by saying 3x to myself ‘i am happy and healthy’.
Don’t get it but will experiment, i thought.
Now i know that i have everything i need to be or become happy and healthy. It is like a decision or a choice or an inner allowance to let go of ego, genetic inheritage, learned limiting behaviour or beliefs.
My local mind does not quite know how, yet the affirmation works and intuitively i know what choices to make on a daily level to be happy and healthy.
